We are pleased to announce that we will be opening soon but first want to thank all of our clients for your support, understanding and words of encouragement through these challenging times.
Here at Medical Aesthetics on Tremont you and your safety are our first priority. Therefore, when we open on Tuesday June 23, 2020, we will be in compliance with Governor Baker's Workplace Safety Standards for Close Contact Personal Services.
We are looking forward to seeing all of you and in order to provide safe and effective care we have put in place the following protocols.
Medical Aesthetics on Tremont COVID-19 Protocol
Masks, gloves and hand sanitizer will be mandatory for staff and clients. If you do not have a mask and gloves they will be available for you.
We will be limiting appointment slots to reduce traffic through the office. Appointments will be staggered 15 minutes apart to allow for a one in, one out policy and allow for the team to properly sanitize in between clients. You will be called if the appointment before you are running behind schedule and we ask that you wait in your car or outside until it is safe for you to enter. Please do not arrive early.
Check in/out changes:
If you have yet to complete your forms for your appointment, you will receive them by email the day before to be completed before your arrival.
Every patient's temperature will be checked upon arrival via non-contact forehead scan.
You will be escorted immediately into the treatment room.
No visitors are allowed at this time. Please come to your appointment alone.
We strongly suggest using Apple Pay and other contactless payment. If you prefer, we can mail you your invoice and you can pay when you get home.
We are continuing our rigorous disinfecting procedures after each patient with EPA approved disinfecting sprays & wipes and therefore are spacing patient appointments apart more than usual.
